Below are the details to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as a summer breeze!

1. Shipping Times & Regions
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible to get your outfit to you!

    • In-Stock Items: Shipped within 1–3 working days.
    • Pre-Order / Backorder Items: Please allow 7–14 working days for order processing before shipment.
  • 📦 Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch):
    • Hong Kong & Macau: 3–5 working days. (Delivered via SF Express. Supports SF Lockers and Store Pickups.)
    • Taiwan: 3–5 working days. (Delivered via SF Express. Please provide your shipping address in Traditional Chinese.)
    • Singapore & Malaysia: 3–5 working days. (Delivered via SF Express. Shipping fees are weight-based and calculated at checkout.)
    • Rest of Asia: 5–12 working days.
    • Rest of the World: 7–20 working days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like customs clearance. Working days are based on Hong Kong public holidays (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and HK public holidays).

2. Customs Duties & Taxes
For international and cross-border orders, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your destination country's regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs charges, taxes, or failed to complete mandatory import requirements, the customer will be fully liable for:
  • Return shipment costs
  • Incurred customs charges
  • Handling fees
These costs will be deducted from any refund due.
Important: Aura Studio Fashion cannot declare purchased items as gifts or lower their value to avoid customs fees, as this strictly violates international customs regulations.
